- Managing multiple projects from high-rise residential to interior fit out.
- Producing entire drawing sets in SD, DD, CD phases.
- Managing DOB filing process for approval, permit and obtaining C of Os. Familiar with NB Filing, Alt 1, Alt 2, Alt 3, Subdivision Improvement, Subdivision Condos, etc.
- Expediting (DOB plan examinations, preparing responses to objections, filing post approval amendments, TCO & CO Analysis, legalization filing, DOB Inspection Objection certification, etc.)
- Zoning Analysis, Building Code Analysis, ADA Analysis & Energy Analysis (NB & Alt 1 Filings) for NYC properties.

- Monitoring on-going projects through different NYC Agencies and Interfaces (DOB Bis, DOB Now, DOB Inspection Ready, LPC, Loftboard, FDNY).
- Schematic Design, mostly residential including apartment layouts, unit mix, retail space in mix-used building, facade design.
- Visualization, both 2D (Autocad, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop) & 3D (Rhino, Vray, Cinema 4D, Sketchup). Presentation and publishing contents (Adobe Indesign, Microsoft Powerpoint).
- Non-professional survey work & site inspection (for filing purposes).
- Team managing: office standards, drawings standards, managing individual deadlines to team deadlines.

All students admitted to the undergraduate architecture program enter the Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology (B.S.A.T.) program and undertake a two-year common core curriculum. This curriculum includes design studios and architectural history courses, as well as liberal arts courses such as English composition, math, physics, behavioral science, economics, fine arts, and social science.
After successful completion of the two-year common core curriculum, students may continue in the four-year B.S.A.T. program, which is accredited by New York State and may lead to New York State licensure, or apply for admission into the five-year B.Arch. program, which provides the successful candidate with a first professional degree accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board. The NAAB-certified B.Arch. degree may lead to New York State licensure plus reciprocal licensure in all states except California.

With the Bachelor of Architecture degree, the successful student may proceed with the sequence of internship and the professional steps that lead to licensure as well as eligibility for certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
