I am a self motivated, driven, highly adaptable individual with an extremely strong work ethic. I am capable of working in a team as well as independently while under the pressure of multiple deadlines. Currently designing homes in Long Island working directly with multiple municipalities, contractors and clients. Work includes schematic and developmental design, construction documents, zoning and feasibility studies, flood design, structural design, and project management / construction administration. Dedicated to the work, ensuring that all parties involved are approving the work. In the process of taking and completing the ARE exams and completing IDP hours.
