Assumed full accountability to provide architectural design, land use planning design, interior space planning, construction drawings of buildings/structures, and coordination with private sector clients to develop and manage the design of small, medium and large scale Multifamily Residential Housing developments (up to 1,800 dwelling units with varying product types), Mixed-Use developments, Retail developments, Commercial Tenant Fit-ups, existing building retro-fits, and custom Single-Family Houses. Management of technical staff and coordination with Clients and Professionals. Research innovative building materials for projects. Provide oversight in the conceptual site planning and building design, while collaborating with Clients, Project Engineers and Land Use Attorneys.
