Together with Ian Simpson we created this design proposal for Karlavagnstornet, in Gothenburg. Reaching more than 200 meters this will be the tallest building in Scandinavia.
With its interesting design and glass facades the tower creates a new landmark in Gothenburg. With daylight for every apartment. The lower levels are mainly for retail and offices. Floor 3 to 63 are assigned to apartments. Total area 90 000 sqm. Property developer Serneke.
