Currently at Mariano Park in Chicago this a small coffee stand that is operated by the Chicago Park district. While working at R. Vari and Associates I was given the task to work with the client and help them develop a proposal to present to Chicago Park District that showed a potential remodel and expansion of the coffee stand located at Mariano Park. The design criteria was described by the client and I created these renderings so the client could present them to Chicago Park District
