About

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from CityTech/ CUNY. I graduated on December 2014 and since then I have been working as a junior architect in CJNA Architects a boutique firm in Manhattan.

While I was at school I interned at Brooklyn Navy Yard for about one year at its construction department. By working in an architecture firm and Brooklyn Navy Yard I gained great experiences in design and construction. I was fortunate to be part of a construction team for the largest building at Brooklyn Navy Yard, the Building 77, which helped me to understand fundamentals of construction in New York City.  In the last three months at CJNA, I worked in all aspects of different projects, from surveying the site to creating digital models of the site and making presentations for DOB.

I would like to mention that I am awarded Silver Merit Prize by SARA (Society of American Registered Architects) for my Design IV studio. Also on behalf of the school my energy-efficient family house design selected as the school’s schematic design for the Solar Decathlon 2015 competition.

Throughout my education and career history I learned how to design and how to prepare construction related documentation. I believe working in construction department and my past experiences has built the knowledge base necessary for me to meet the requirements for this position.

I know that I would add a great value to your organization and I would appreciate an opportunity to interview with you at your convenience.
