Plan B Tapas is brims with eccentric touches that combine to create a surreal atmosphere. Inspired by the intersection of the streetscapes of Bilbao and Barcelona and classic Spanish tapas cuisine, the restaurant seamlessly blends three connected buildings into a single, truly urban, downtown space. 

A concrete floor grounds the soaring space, where 20-foot ceilings beam sun down from skylights. Custom wood and iron tables create a sense of rustic warmth, while Gaudi-inspired iron window panels and a central lava rock working bar add to a truly Spanish sense of whimsy.
