This installation was created using Chinese Ice Ray geometries which dictated the location of each triangulation. Each component was fastened by zip ties which allowed the angles between pieces to maintain the structural integrity of the entire installation. The denser pieces at the base allowed for the structure to branch overhead creating a filigree canopy.  The installation acted as a gateway into the architecture studios as well as a sunlight filtration screen, casting complicated shadows throughout the day.
