- Leading a team of 2 designers within a boutique design studio specializing in high-end retail and residential projects
- Serving as project lead for a 5,000 sf. luxury retail showroom including executing design requirements to the client’s brand-specific standards
- Coordinating with MEP and Structural engineers and drafting details for storefront, new roof construction, and interior finishes as well as delegating internally to deliver comprehensive Permit and IFC sets

Project Manager:
- Planned timelines and budgets for 11 multifaceted design and consultation projects, resulting in roughly $950k in revenue
- Managed client relationships by helping to realize their goals, setting expectations, and meeting the needs of each individual project
- Supervised the end-to-end architectural process for 6 projects (4 complete, 2 under construction) from initial design to the completion of construction, including delegating internally and coordinating across clients, contractors, and sub-trades
- Collaborated internally with sales, tech, fabrication, and install teams to ensure that client needs are fulfilled on time, within budget, and to specification

Designer:
- Created design sets including schematic, CDs, and MEP drawings for 27+ acoustic design projects, generating over $250k in company revenue
- Produced 3D BIM models for 16+ projects which were used to draft plans, sections, and details throughout the design development process
- Partnered with construction and fabrication teams to standardize typical details which increased design team efficiency and profit margins
- Conducted site surveys and noise testing in order to analyze existing site conditions and determine effective methods of acoustic isolation and treatment

- Assisted in a freelance capacity to assemble drawing sets for 8 high-end residential and commercial design projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn
- Drafted plan, RCP, and exterior elevations for 3 demolition/renovation projects

- Created schematic design drawings for clients in a high-volume office whose projects were primarily row-homes and apartments, but also included large, mixed-use developments
- Produced large scale drawings, renders, and illustrations, and spoke about design concepts at various community board presentations
- Expedited projects by conferring with officials from City Planning, Licensing & Inspections, and Water Department to obtain permits and approvals
- Prepared drawings and documents for zoning/building applications
- Recorded measurements and building notes while surveying new project sites, to then input survey drawings and bring the existing site up to the schematic phase

- Joined an apprentice-like screen printing studio which is held each year in a city with a rich history for poster-making; the workshop culminates with a public gallery exhibition displaying the work
- Practiced the tactile medium through comprehensive execution and an explorative playfulness - epitomized by the adopted phrase, “we’ll see how it lines up.”

- Volunteer work included poster design and on-campus fundraising for a non-profit organization that raises money to build architecture projects for individuals with disabilities
