My name is Stepan.

With over four years of experience in architectural design, I have exceptional skills in planning, detailing, designing and coordinating projects both in the public and private sectors. My excellent communication and leadership skills, combined with my deep knowledge of engineering and architectural codes, make me a highly valuable employee and team leader.

For almost seven years of study architecture at the University I have learned about 80 different subjects which related to my professional activities.

After the studying I worked in the architectural studios in Russia and New Zealand, where I successfully used my accumulated knowledge. I have got the experience in the design of private houses, apartment houses, industrial buildings, educational institutions, public buildings and urban planning.

In the course of work and training I gained extensive experience in working with town planning, surveying, geological and geo-information documents. I participated in the discussion of urban planning with public and private organizations. I conducted research in urban development, demography and architectural design of individual objects. I have performed preliminary and competitive projects concept and design objects. During the work I communicated with customers directly. I gave advices, which related to the cost of materials, designs, sizes, designed and renovated buildings.
