Suspended between the Blues (air and water, sky and ocean) stands an Arc on the site's promontory in Sagres, Portugal. The Arc expands between the two Blues giving one the opportunity to feel the sensation  of being afloat and the immensity of the horizon and the stunning topography surrounding it. The Arc is set on a platform that extends further than 270 degrees which opens up to a panorama of every possible destination visible by man.
