Project 
To design a hotel with its site located in the midst of a popular tourist destination "Thamel" of Kathmandu for client-Mr. Gautam Bajracharya.  

Concept and planning 
Planning and layout is made simple and proper zoning of spaces are done according to the desired level of privacy. Every single room and corridor receives ample amount of natural light, so as to maximize the use of daylight, the elevations treatment is done by the fusion of traditional vernacular elements in a  modern facade , giving it a post vernacular look.  

Involvements 

Planning, layout, drafting, model, elevation treatment, toilet design, furniture design as Assistant Architect from client side.
