Complete a large variety of CAD work, such as editing files for CSUN Campus, Architectural signage, Graphic Design, ADA requirements or construction drawings in related field. Able to read architectural plans and shop drawings. Proficient in Adobe Suite either on Mac or PC to produce fabrication shop drawings, presentations and many more.
Able to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines. Capable to learn and grasp new concepts quickly with a willingness to learn and accept new challenge. High level of organization and attention to detail, Multi-tasking, self-starter, motivated, take initiative, and strong work ethic.
Perform a wide variety of clerical duties such as answering telephone calls, email, correspondence, faxes, file paperwork. Responsibilities also include data entry for PPM labor card system and prioritize work duties by due date. Plus providing information to staff, take phone messages, and transferred calls to appropriate departments.
