About

Currently seeking full-time employment drawing upon 8+ years experience in administrative support and project coordination. Additional background includes proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, with a working knowledge of Illustrator and Maya.  I am also highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and work primarily on PCs, but am comfortable with MACs as well.

Most recently, I finished a contracted position at DIRECTV as a project analyst, designing an annual report template modelled after Fast Company/Entrepreneur type magazines, as well as provided assistance to a variety of project needs. (Profile photo is a retro monster movie concept from a section of the magazine that was cut, but showcases ability to composite multiple layers and create effects in Photoshop. Final image had over 20 layers).

In my spare time, I enjoy roller skating and have played roller derby on a semi-competitive level. I also regularly work on personal design projects, including motion graphics for a friend's title to her roler dancing reel and editing a movie for my father's 75th birthday with film footage transferred to DVDs.  In addition, I served as Chair, Vice-Chair/Chapter Executive Producer (3 times), and Secretary of the Los Angeles Chapter of ACM SIGGRAPH, a non-profit computer graphics organization, and am co-head of the PR/Marketing Committee of Beach Cities Roller Derby.
