My name is Sean Rencurrell, I am currently a graduate student at Georgia Tech studying toward a Masters of Architecture.  

Having an aptitude for pattern recognition, critical analysis and creative thinking, I studied Finance at Florida International University in Miami, FL, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2014.  Deploying the same skills of analysis, creativity, and vision that compelled me to be an entrepreneur, I believe makes for successful architecture that is informed by its physical, cultural, and social environments.  

I possess excellent technical and computer skills with modeling software such as Rhinoceros, Sketchup, and V-Ray as well as graphic communications programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design.  In my previous capacity as an intern I was called upon to produce 3D models, edit construction documents, and produce renderings and artwork for on-going and proposed projects.  My care for detail and analytical problem-solving approach enable me to complete each task in a timely, creative, and efficient manner.  

I am comfortable working as part of a team, accepting and assigning tasks; as well as individually, managing my time efficiently.  My verbal communication skills, proficiency in English and Spanish, and positive demeanor make me an effective team member.
