The AIAS has announced that Clemson School of Architecture graduate students Laura Boykin and Sam Pruitt won First Place and Third Place in the 2012 AIAS/Kawneer "Enlightening Libraries" Competition. 

Laura Boykin won First Place for "Mediascape: An Enlightened Library for Pendleton, SC." 

Sam Pruitt won Third Place for "Hyperlocal."

The projects were completed in a third year studio under the direction of Assistant Professor Ufuk Ersoy, PhD.
