Join us on Tuesday, November 1 for our annual Graduate Open House, which provides an opportunity to learn more about the following graduate degree programs offered at Woodbury School of Architecture:

Master of Architecture (MArch), a first-professional degree

Master of Interior Architecture (MIA), a first-professional degree

Master of Science in Architecture (MSArch), a post-professional degree

Tuesday, November 1, 2016 | 2:00-5:30 PM
Woodbury University | 7500 N Glenoaks Blvd | Burbank, CA 91504

At the Graduate Open House, you will be able to:

Meet faculty, administration, and current graduate students

Get information on graduate program offerings

See the work of current students and recent alumni

Get information on admissions, scholarships and financial aid

Tour the Woodbury campus and architecture facilities

The event will take place in our purpose-built studio building, designed by Rios Clementi Hale and completed in 2009. Faculty members will present an overview of each of our graduate programs, and an exhibition of recent graduate student work will be paired with a live presentation of current student work. You will have the chance to meet our dynamic community, ask questions of admissions counselors, and take a tour of the architecture complex. The Open House ends with a casual reception in our courtyard, and those who wish to see an example of our dynamic lecture series program can stay to see a talk given by Sandy Attia and Matteo Scagnol of the Italian design office MoDus Architects at 6:30pm.

We also encourage potential applicants to visit the Woodbury University Hollywood Outpost (WUHO), which acts as an important link between our Burbank location in the San Fernando Valley and the broader Los Angeles region. WUHO serves as a gallery and event space, and during the Graduate Open House it will be hosting an exhibition of Woodbury School of Architecture alumni work called “Range.” The show, which opens on Thursday, October 20 offers a survey of the impressive work done by our alums in practice since graduation. For more information on the exhibition, click here.

For visitors from out of town:

Our Graduate Open House takes place the day after UCLA’s event – allowing you to visit two graduate program in one visit to Los Angeles. If you are interested in spending a night near campus either before or after the Open House, Woodbury University has a partnership with Hampton Inn & Suites, which is directly across the street from our campus. They even offer a free shuttle bus to and from the Burbank Airport, only a five-minute drive away. For more details about this, please contact Ovsanna Adjikian-Daglian at [email protected].
