I began my studies in March of 2006 in Architecture and graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt, Germany in February 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture. Pursuing professional experience I started my career with U+A an architectural firm in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) in 2009. Projects and responsibilities with U+A included but were not limited to mixed-use as well as conceptual master planning in the region.
In 2010, continuing my education within a unique program yielding a double Masters in Architecture and in Urban Design offered by University of Technology Berlin, Germany and Tongji University Shanghai, China. The two year program combines experience in both China and Germany in the field of urban design, development, and conservation. I saw an opportunity to learn, study, and thrive in a challenging new multi-cultural context in preparation for an international career in a time of growing importance of China in the global market; which led to a career at Albert Speer & Partner in November 2012.
