I am an architectural designer with a background in painting and art history, my architectural work focuses on material detail and how materials and their assemblies relate to larger cultural and environmental systems. I'm interested in parametric design, fabrication, urban analysis, and theory, and the two veins of artistic craft and parametric experimentation have caused me to become very engaged in of parametric design & fabrication.
I have worked for 3 + as a designer & collaborator, I have 3 years of experience in research at architectural and landscape scales, 3 years of experience teaching parametric design and 2 years of experience in course design for Introduction to Parametrics. In addition to being fluent in Rhino/grasshopper, I enjoy working in the woodshop.
