The project was spread over 10 acres and was developed as a weekend home retreat with a clubhouse to support the enclave.
The enclave is a gated community having an identical exterior but based on the terrain different composition of floors.
The clubhouse is fully equipped with a swimming pool, spa, salon, gymnasium, meeting room and banquet.

My Role: Designed, Project Management and Co ordination with other services to facilitate the development.
