This 5 storey penthouse is a 30,000 sq.ft luxury pad.
The house is fully automated with CRESTON controls. It has a private salon& gym, one floor having the informal living and dining with the main kitchen and one floor having a formal living and dining spilling over to a terrace garden, one floor with the bedrooms and capping the house with a 20 feet long swimming pool.
The furniture and light fittings are imported and the art work and display pieces are handpicked and placed strategically to enhance the grandeur of the place.
The terrace has a swimming pool and lighting is used effectively to add to the ambiance and mood of tranquility.
