Concept design, Construction Documentation & Site Observation (with Athfield Architects)

Redevelopment of the earthquake damaged polytechnic campus following the Canterbury earthquakes. The project included an important master-planning component and this facility is the first of a series of staged buildings in CPIT's re-build. This new purpose built centre includes high quality sporting facilities, a community health centre, studios, labs and learning spaces. The work I completed during the conceptual phase of this project has been published at www.cpit.ac.nz. I was a part of the contract documentation team detail design drawings and site observation. A sample of the documentation set has been included below.
