Royce J. Perez received his Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Prior to his graduation, Perez was selected by Gensler for their 2012 Summer Internship Program in Dallas, TX. In addition to his work experience, he interned for Eisenman Architects in New York, NY during the summer of 2010. Perez has held multiple Teaching and Student Assistantships for Texas Tech’s College of Architecture. Teaching Assistantships include Design Studio 1, Construction 1, and Integrative Building Modeling. Perez has worked periodically within the College of Architecture’s Wood Shop and Model Shop. Perez has been recognized for his design capability and academic achievements through multiple Scholarship Endowments and by publication. In the July-August 2011 edition of Texas Architect Magazine, his third year studio project “Thin Living” was featured in their Paperwork section. Perez is prospective candidate for a Master’s of Architecture for the Fall of 2013.
