Refering to the Roman’s language, the significate of “culture” cames from the verb “colere” that means “to cultivate”, the individual way of a society to live and produce. This was the key word for the project that interpreted in a narrative architecture ramp, throws a 360 ° panoramic view at the contemporary city paysage. The spaces gets generated by folding each floor, refering to a specific functional program.
This choice articulated a fusioned structure between vertical and horizontal elements creating an organic spacial network.
