Studio specialized in reforms, renovations and restoration for high-end housing projects. As architect and project leader I design, plan, oversee and document all aspects regarding architecture and interior design. My responsibilities also include the supervision of the construction works and performing other related duties as assigned. I work closely with the founder, Jose Antonio Otamendi, coordinating a small team of architects and designers and assisting managers and engineers.

As architect I worked primarily in the renovation project of Montalban College. I did analysis of urban and technical regulation for this particular project, and manage the license documentation and strategy. I also did some concept design proposals for this project and some others.
