The redevelopment of a 12.5-acre failed shopping mall site into a transit-oriented development with a vibrant civic, retail, and residential core for an inner suburb of Washington, D.C.  The project included 4 residential buildings which features over 25 architectural facades, contains 600 units of housing, and 170,000-sf of ground level retail space.  Completed, May 2007.
