The plot chosen for the nursery project is located in Seville.
Linked to one of the great avenues of the city, Avenue “Las Palmeras”, it shows the main façade Manuel Siurot Street.
We are facing a performance area configured from these limits and characterized in an environment dominated by buildings multi-family and single-family houses.
As regards the intensity road, there is a large number of vehicles along the day, especially at rush times.
The project is the need to create very characteristic spaces for children.
The need emerges to see what happens with the dividing wall of the plot. The aim is to create a series of skins from it so that condition the care and give a peculiar character.
So,a series of terraced spaces are created that converge in a central place: the playground, place of play for children.
Consequently, we arrive at a building where the spaces are linked to the same area, giving the feeling of hugging and being friendly, both from a plan view and from an elevation or section. It is appreciated that the building are two “U” which is embrace.
The treatment plant has also received a particular study, which identified several tree species, including laurel.
