A 72,000 square foot, 9-story office building with six levels of subterranean parking. Building had been in a partially constructed state for 13 years. Prepared a due diligence assessment of the property prior to the purchase by a new Owner, then managed the project through redesign, construction documents and construction administration. Construction Cost: $5.5 million.
