A proposed renovation to an existing single story house with basement and the addition of a backyard entertainment space. The interior renovation focused on reorganizing rooms for better functionality and adding a new on-suite Master Bath. The backyard included a new deck, salt water pool, hot tub, fire pit, lounge area, pergola with water curtain and dining area. The front façade of the house was also remodeled to give it greater curb appeal.
