A mix-use building with a retail space on the 5th Ave. level, ten one-bedroom and twenty two-bedroom 
apartments. The main floor on Colwell St. has a community space, two offices and a small fitness centre. The challenge was fitting the required program into the narrow landform site as well as allowing natural light and pleasant views into every room.
