Community League of the Heights joined with the Community Health Network in a Public/Private partnership to build a new wellness-focused middle school. The building is sited on a narrow parcel in Washington Heights. The small footprint required additional height to achieve the required program area. The result is a truly urban campus with rooftop recreation space for the school and community facilities at ground levels.
