About 

Robert’s background in community outreach and his passion for theatre and the arts have helped to
inform a body of work with strong emphasis on community and public projects.


At Perkins Eastman Architects, PC, Robert gained critical experience working on several educa-
tional facilities in the Tri-State area including a blackbox theatre design for Bridgeport’s Housatonic
Community College. Working as an interior designer at Tihany Design, International, Robert focused
primarily on the public spaces for a new resort and hotel in Cape Town, South Africa. Currently, as
Project Architect and Project Manager at PKSB Architects, PC, Robert oversees a number of projects
including renovations of Historic Landmarks and the design of new and renovated Religious Facilities.

Project Architect for a variety of project types. Manage projects from schematic design through construction. Day-to-day contact person for client interaction. Manage coordination across trades. Oversee construction, review shop drawings and submittals.
Develop and write proposals, marketing literature and overall firm identity.

Developed presentation and design drawings for public spaces of a new hotel and resort in South Africa. Managed coordination with local architects and lighting designers. Designed custom furniture and millwork details.

Conceptualized schematic design and programming for a new secondary school in Washington Heights. Developed presentations for projects in various stages of design. Completed detailing, cost analysis and construction document coordination for Housatonic Community College campus expansion.
