This award-winning design was inspired by the client’s vision of a “single integrated design” with no frills that used industrial materials to communicate their corporate brand philosophy of “Designed Basic”. A warehouse shell occupied by a modern, functional core created the stage for the memorable experience. The program included 14 second level meeting rooms, 1 second level executive conference room, 30 informal sales areas, 8 marketing zones, and a central reception area.
