About

"We don't grow when things are easy, we grow when we face challenges."

I am a self motivated individual always striving to achieve the most out of each project. During my professional career I been able to develop my leadership, communication and problem solving skills among others. By becoming the lead designer/coordinator of several projects, I realized each project comes loaded with a new set of challenges that are best solved by the coordination and communication among the different parties involved. Learning from these challenges has given me the ability to broaden my skills in the architectural field, not only as individual capable of producing CD's and details but also as a designer capable of providing unique and innovative program solutions to the client. At the end I can proudly confess that architecture is far more than my vocation, is my lifestyle.www.ricardoamaya.com
