Supermarkets/Retail Center [Publix-Prototype floor plan]
Developed all exterior applications such as the exterior elevations, roof plan for Publix, and designed connecting retail architectural set which included code research, overall site plan, life safety plan, floor, reflected ceiling, roof, sidewalk plans, exterior and window elevations, wall and building sections, details, and trash compactor details. Coordinated with all consultants: structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical. Assisted in the permitting process and provided color and material schemes with presentation/sample boards; delivered tenant changes to suites in the retail portion.
