About 

I have over twelve years of experience in leading and managing numerous projects simultaneously. I have generated and thoroughly worked on all phases of project drawings from schematic, design development, construction documents and construction administration.  I am an excellent problem solver, team player; I pay close attention to detail and design. I have successfully executed production of construction documents with design intent and technical quality. I have also resolved complex technical/design issues and provide guidance and mentorship to team. I have continuously worked with contractors, fabricators, specification writers and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives. Lastly, I routinely met or exceeded the goals that include task, clients, and project management.

Manage the Archibus/Smart Client software for UTHSC campus floor plans. Review, verify and update master digital floor plans. Maintain and update digital floor plans after renovations.
Assist in the planning and preparation of spaces for reassignment. Serve as the backup person for the IRIS Real Estate Database.

Coordinated proposed changes with consultants and construction manager while maintaining the schedule and budget. Reviewed, recommended and approved all construction change request and on site change orders. Managed and communicated between field, designers, engineering consultants, vendors, and clients.

Project manager, team member and I generated construction documents in support of retail, bank, office, and warehouse projects. Examined and processed the shop drawings, RFI responses, change order submittals, and site observation. I have worked directly with the co-workers, engineering consultants and developers through all phases of the construction documents. Created exterior/interior color scheme and materials boards for projects.

Tampa Bay AIA Safety Harbor Museum Competition, Safety Harbor, Florida hosted by American Institute of Architects (AIA). The concept of this design was symbolism to the historical background of the site.
