About 

Priyanka Jain is the principal architect and cofounder at 3x3 Design, a social enterprise that combines urban planning, design, and technology to expand the livability of our cities. She is also an Assistant Professor at Sushant School of Art and Architecture(SSAA) of Ansal University (AU) and Delhi community manager at URBim. She completed her professional architectural studies at SSAA, and holds a MS in urban planning from Columbia University.

CNBC Asia Pacific Property Award (with Abaxial Architects), 1st Place

Project: Spire Edge, a 1.6 million square feet eco-office complex spread over 150 acres in the north Indian city of Gurgaon and is based on the tenets of 'mainstream green development'. It is designed to be up to 30% more energy efficient by a team of renowned architects under the leadership of Ken Yeang.
