Design Cell, Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu, NP, Intern Architect
I was involved in 3 dimensional drawing and drafts including presentation drawings for some of the major projects undertaken by Design Cell, which include Master Planning of Universal College of Medical Sciences, a medical college design, including the design of boy's hostel (area 109748 sq.ft.). I was involved with the design of an addition wing housing private cabins (area 56187 sq. ft. ) of Chitwan Medical College. I was also responsible for guiding new interns.

In this Master's degree years in college I focused on the method of use of architecture to not just tell a story but also to influence it. I wanted architecture to be an active member in changing the lives of the people in some ways while assisting in healing. My project was a mental health institute that focused on depression.
My research looked at aspects such as color, texture, contrast, and even focused on sustainability on the side. It was designed to give excellent service of air circulation, heating and emergency backups.
North Dakota State University, Fargo, ND, US, Bachelors, Environmental Design
I focused on the design from the point of view of the story and theme. I also focused on a lot of landscape classes to get more complete design done. I was given a minor's degree in it for taking the courses.
We focused on Urban Design one semester and had capstone project of the high rise, which was one of my best work.
Marvin Windows, 2nd Place
5 Scandinavian Country's Consulate Design competition was held with a little hope to use the windows as a showcase. I designed in a simple manner with the five consulates being separate and yet they had similarities in design. I had set a big drawing room and balcony just for visitors to enjoy the visit to the counselor and have a talk either outside or inside. The transparency of outside to inside was made possible with the windows being large and nearly full scale.
