The client brief was for a new residential tower in Pezet, Peru. The 9 story high-end luxury residences were designed with a strong emphasis on function, space planning and materiality. Being a high profile location and a new aesthetic for the area, great care was taken to understand the greater contextual relationship of our building to the surrounding environment.
