Assisted in construction management of the Asian Studies Academy in Hartford, CT valued at $9M. Concurrently oversaw the renovation of the school and parking areas. Directed a team of 24 subcontractors in daily operations in the final phase of the project, during completion of the punch list, and execution of the exterior Alternates that were accepted at the end of the project which included replacing all the parking lots and the installation of a new play area. Held weekly meetings with the tradesmen to ensure the completion of the project and resolved any issues. Monitored subcontractor performance and evaluated quality of work product and walked the punch list with the Architect.
Managed and prepared the documentation for the Minority Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) requirements for the City of Hartford. Compiled and submitted all the State Change Orders for reimbursement for the City of Hartford.
