My background includes engineering projects with experience in the design, contracting, and construction management. At the request of senior regional manger I assumed a two year full time on site architectural responsibilities on site for the construction of a large hospital. Large portions of the hospital had to be redesigned on site as construction progressed due to site conditions and significant document coordination errors. I was permanently stationed on the site producing new building and interiors documents for immediate implementation and coordination on site while directing the contractor, reporting frequently to Cannon management, the hospital management, and the hospital board of directors. The project was successfully completed on schedule and a letter of commendation was issued to me for my work by the hospital board of directors.
