On a triangular site, in a rundown part of south downtown Atlanta, this rehabilitation center serves to replace the significantly smaller, existing center.  The new facility is designed to accommodate patients in both a live and learn capacity, transferring housing from across the city to on site.  The residents go through three tiers of living, until they graduate, ready to reenter society.
