As a freelance project for Perimeter Builders, this house was developed from the builder’s initial concept to a set of permit drawings. The comprehensive set included plans, sections, elevations, landscape plans, structural details, interior elevations, reflected ceiling plans and schedules. Great care was given to try to tie both the ground floor and the basement den together using the rear patio as an active interstitial space.

The project is located in the Summerhill neighbourhood of Toronto and is currently under construction.
