Time Warner Building - New York, 2005-2007 with Robert AM Stern
A traditional penthouse was created on the entire 78th floor of the Time Warner Center. Details were inspired by McKim Mead and White’s 1902 alterations to the White House. A second partition was created at the shear glass curtain wall to contain each room while still maintaing breathtaking views to the city and the Hudson Palisades beyond. Custom plaster work, murals and marble floors based on the Duomo in Florence, Italy grace this penthouse at every turn.
