This project sits in a very narrow site. It becomes a dynamic walk where all storefronts are set at different angles and where the building creates an effect of movements as one walks along side it. Inspired by Old Town Pasadena, the brick treatment at the facades with the use of planters and water features create an elegant, and yet relaxing atmosphere where one can enjoy the walk. Apartments sit on top and make use of below wedges as terraces.
