Buoyancy -Headquarters of Air Conditioner Company

The concept of designing this building is buoyancy. It will become a landmark to relieve the users’ pressure and demonstrate sustainable issue.

Therefore, this building uses the steel structure, natural ventilation, various levels of ceiling and light mass to create a sense of floating of the users as they
circulate this architecture. There are two main glass cores linking all space together and use these cores to insert natural ventilation and light possibly.

In order maintain the sense of buoyancy, in structure aspect, I make the structure frame is similar with blowing a balloon. Therefore, in the west-southern part of the structure has two main points to transfer the force into underground.

On the other hand, because it uses amounts of glass to create air permeability of the space, it should be another solution to prevent the glare
light and absorb extra heat. As a result, it sets the double skin in the northern and southern part of the architecture to block the extra light according to the open and space. In the double skin, it also can store solar plate which can alter  color relating to the temperature to create interesting exterior.
