This mixed-use project was awarded the London District Surveyors Association (LSDA) Building Excellence Awards "Best Commercial Project" and "Best Structural Engineering Innovation" in 2009.

The project also received the UK LEED-equivalent Building Research Establishment Environment Assessment Method (BREEAM) rating of "Excellent" for Offices in 2005.

The 3-part complex consists of a 34-story high-rise and a 12-story low-rise with a central public corridor named as "The Galleria." 

A series of structural A-frames carry the vertical loads of the high-rise office and retail building, spanning across the existing railway system below.
