The project involves the renovation of an apartment in the countryside of Parma city. The loft has a usable area of 70 square meters, and is equipped with a living room with lighting "light rain", a kitchen with a dining room and a large bedroom with attached bathroom. The main theme of this project was the minimal rivisited, transforming the loft by entering details in the neoclassical style combined with simple and aseptic elements and color combinations played in shades of gray, thus creating a comfortable (albeit small) and at the same time, a unique design and recognizable.

Il progetto riguarda la ristrutturazione di un appartamento in un Comune del Parmense. Il loft ha una superficie utile di 70mq, ed è dotato di un soggiorno con illuminazione a "pioggia di luce", una cucina con sala da pranzo e un'ampia camera da letto con bagno annesso. Il tema principale è stato il minimal rivisitato, ovvero trasformare il loft inserendo dettagli in stile neoclassico uniti a elementi semplici e asettici uniti a combinazioni cromatiche gocate sui toni di grigio, creando così un ambiente confortevole (seppur di dimensioni ridotte) e, al contempo, dal design unico e riconoscibile.
