In a dense city sometimes the best place is where the space is empty and the houses have light and views; where you can forget you are in a motropoli’s center.

This intervention provide 34 social dwellings in the historic Madrid, giving them space around, a big patio and the possibility to organize the house in order to orientate it according to the sun and the season.

A core with the wet spaces (kitchen + bathroom) and stairs to move between the level inside, divides the house into 2, 3 or 4 living spaces, taking the most of every side.
