H2L2 (Feasibility Study) Driscoll Bridge, Sayerville, NJ

The project was an aesthetic consultation to the Joint Venture of Frederic R. Harris and URS Greiner Woodward Clyde for the rehabilitation and widening of Driscoll Bridge in Sayerville, NJ. The existing high level bridge was comprised of six lanes in each direction. The new southbound structure, with a main span of 27 feet, consisted of seven 11 foot wide lanes and 8 foot shoulder on each side. The project was supposed to show several alternatives of the pier shapes, barrier and roadway lighting and the underbridge lighting.
